Tracey Gaudry will take you through the function, vision and purpose of Respect Victoria.Tracey Gaudry brings more than 20 years’ experience in leadership roles across community, sport, government, education and professional services sectors. She brings an ability to realise positive social and community change through long-term, strategic advocacy and stakeholder engagement, and with a focus on inclusion, diversity and gender equality.Ms Gaudry’s recent executive roles include CEO of Hawthorn Football Club, the first woman to serve in the role, and CEO of the Amy Gillett Foundation. Tracey is a Board Director of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and President of the UCI Women’s Commission. She also serves on the Advisory Council for Sports Environmental Alliance and the Deakin University Sport Network Advisory Board.

Helen Bolton
CEO, The Sexual Assault & Family Violence Centre
Helen Bolton is the Chief Executive Officer of The Sexual Assault and Family Violence Centre. She has extensive experience in leadership across the areas of government and not-for-profit sectors.
Helen is an executive leader in the governance of the Barwon Multidisciplinary Centre a specialist sexual assault and family violence model co-located with Victoria Police and Child Protection, she is a board member of Domestic Violence Victoria, a member of the Victoria Police Family Violence Academic Board, the Victoria Statewide Family Violence Committee and gave evidence to the Royal Commission into Family Violence and the Royal Commission into Institutional Child Abuse.
Helen has a background in social science and law and has held executive positions in the for purpose sector and within State Government in many areas covering policy and reform. Helen’s career extends over 30 years in the area of eliminating violence against women and children.
