Senior Project Officer – Embedding Systems and Processes

About The Sexual Assault & Family Violence Centre

We are a leading organisation offering a comprehensive suite of services to clients and the community across the Barwon, West Melbourne and Wimmera Regions. Providing specialist sexual assault and family violence programs and services, including 24 hour crisis care support, case management, therapeutic counselling, early intervention and professional education and training, we continue to grow and develop our offerings.

This is an exciting opportunity to scope professional development and training to build the capability of the Barwon Orange Door workforce. This will support the delivery of integrated functions and services responding to family violence, child and family vulnerability and functioning, and perpetrator interventions, in line with the Orange Door Service Model and Integrated Practice Framework. This position is part time (0.8 FTE) fixed term for 6 months.

About You

You thrive working both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic, team environment.  A highly qualified and experienced family violence specialist, you will have qualifications in psychology, social work or a related field and have proven experience in practice leadership and building capability.
