About the session

The Trauma Sensitive Yoga session has been designed specifically for individuals who have experienced trauma. It focuses on tuning into what is happening in your body and how your body is feeling.

What you will need:

  • A chair to sit in

How long the session runs for:

  • 24 minutes
  • You can do a shorter session if you would like, or repeat movements if you have time available
